​This serie of prints celebrates life and its’ fleetingness, and puts into consideration the delicate and thin line between life and death in contemporary societies regarding the alienation processes we are living in. The different elements present in this images, represents my interests on the symbologies diverse cultures have given them, in different moments of history, all around the world.

Hand of Power: a very well known amulet for magical protection and benediction, which name and form can change from culture to culture.
Peacock: inmortality.
Eye: ​font of creation, is the glance upon one self. Related to light, intuition and the subtle world. The eye that notices everything that happens in the world and has an authority over death, life and inmortality. It also keeps a relation with the Illuminati as the watching eye that controls everything.
Rabbit: agent of eternal renovation, adventure and wisdom.
Skull:  vital strenght of the body and spirit. Container of life and intelligence. Brevity of earthly life. Redemption.
Cempazuchitl: death.

Ouroboros (snake eating its own tail: constant re-creation of oneself. Eternal return to primordial unity.
